I am writing here to seek an information regarding Pu La's visit to the Carlyl's House in London. I was recently privileged to visit the Carlyl's house in London and enquired about the remarks written by PuLa during his visit. I wrote about it in Apurwai and gave the lady the period of years 1957 to 1961. She has promised me to send the scanned copy of the remarks written by PuLa. It will greatly help their search, if someone can give me a closer time range of PuLa's visit. |

me and my father are deadly fans of PULA. unfortunately my father is also no more. But see the coincidence, today I saw PULA picture in nehru-shirt and payjama and i again recollected my fathers memories. we both (me and my father)cried a lot, the day PULA went to long away from all of us. It such a difficult situation for me to explain. "Kantha datun yet ahe aani galyatun shabda baher padane shakya nahi"..Tell me how can I help. I can definitely help to make this site a great site.

I must congratulate the team of puladeshpande.net for giving us this delightful experience. I really enjoyed this site. I would like to give you one suggestion.. just like a section called "Pulanchi Shraddhasthane" you can add a section about his contemporaries whom he admired a lot. He has written and spoken a lot about people like Kumar Gandharva, Vasantrao Deshpande, Ram Manohar Lohia and many more... reading about these people through the compositions of PuLa is pleasure. Again I wish you people good luck for your future endeavors. |
